Bologna, 18th of April, 2020

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RUN TUNE UP HALF MARATHON 2020

 

Dear friends,

Due to the ongoing sanitary emergency, which makes impossible to plan a safe group road run, the Organizing Commettee of the Run Tune Up Bologna Half Marathon has decided to CANCEL the XIX edition of our international event, which was supposed to be held on the 13th of September, 2020.

We will reschedule the event in 2021, the new day will be decided soon.

All the runners that have already registered to the RTU run, will be able to:

a- be fully reimbursed
b- keep their registration, which will be valid for the 2021 event
c- donate their registration fee for the ongoing sanitary emergency

We hope that all the public institutions involved and the companies that were interested in supporting RTU will understand our decision and support us.

We will keep interacting with all our friends and collaborators during the next weeks, so that RTU will be more active and stronger than ever…RUN TUNE UP 2020 will be absolutely amazing!!!

On March 8th women will be able to register to the halfmarathon with a special price!

Also this year the “CONCORRIAMO PER LA LEGALITÀ” trophy will take place at the RTU 21K halfmarathon!

5k Telethon Run, 2nd ed: the whole income from the 5k run, from the charity devolutions of the 21k and 10k runs and from the mortadella sandwiches sale, will be entirely donated to Telethon Italy !
